Betty’s Trip to Galt House with Rick –NO RECIPE–

August 14, 2010 - 6:51 am 25 Comments

In this video, my husband, Rick, and I spend the night at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The restaurant manager was kind enough to assign us to the “chef’s table,” since we had previously done a video on the Rivue Restaurant at the top of the Galt House. (If you are interested in seeing that video, do a search for “Titanic” in bettyskitchen.) In this video you will see our room at the Galt House and also experience the dinner we had at the Rivue Restaurant’s chef’s table. At the restaurant we had a beautiful view of the Ohio River and feasted on Bibb Lettuce Salad, Chicken Baccala, Seafood Tagliatelle, Chocolate Lava Cake with French Pressed Coffee and Coffee Service, Maple Flan, and some sweet treats, including Almond Brittle and assorted candies. We had a wonderful time, and we would like to give a big “Thank You!!!” for the special treatment we received at the Galt House! We can’t wait to go back!!! I hope you enjoy our little day away from the normal Richmond scene. I plan to make something for you that came from our dinner. Love, Betty :)

Poltergeist activity caught on tape in kitchen by 3 cameras.

August 13, 2010 - 11:38 am 25 Comments

Poltergeist activity caught on tape by 3 video cameras simultaneously. Since my kitchen seems to be where the majority of the paranormal activity takes place, I left 3 cameras running in there whenever I was not home. Having all my cameras in one place meant I missed a lot of activity in other parts of the house, but I think it was worth it. – mellowb1rd

Poltergeist activity. Ghost caught on tape in kitchen.

August 13, 2010 - 11:38 am 25 Comments

This poltergeist activity is more intense than anything I’ve caught for quite a while. Looking at the footage, it seems the activity resumed some time after the tape ran out and before I came home judging by the additional mess I found in my kitchen when I returned home that isn’t shown in the video.

August 12, 2010 - 1:59 am 2 Comments

It’s 2 words. First word is Home and cannot remember 2nd word in brand name. These were white kitchen cabinets I saw in a home.
It is not Home Depot.

Home Kraft. I hope this helps. Regards, Dale

Man Arrested For Making Coffee Naked In His Own Home!!

August 11, 2010 - 5:05 am 25 Comments

A Springfield, Virginia man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a passerby spotted the man naked in his kitchen and reported it to police.

Eric Williamson, 29, is a commercial diver who grew up in Hawaii and rents home with several co-workers. Williamson Will Thomas his roommates were not home and he walked into the kitchen to make coffee about 5:30 a.m. Monday.

“Yes, I wasn’t wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me,” Williamson said.

The complaint came from an unidentified woman who was walking with a 7-year-old boy. A Fairfax County Police spokesman said officers arrested Williamson for indecent exposure because they believe he wanted to be seen naked by the public.

Officer Bud Walker said officers also consulted the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and they were given the green light to proceed with the charge.

Williamson, who is father of a 5-year old girl, said he feels like the victim.

“I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid,” he said.

Williamson is meeting with a lawyer to fight the charge and may attempt to seek damages from Fairfax County Police. If convicted on the misdemeanor charge, he would face up to one year in jail and a $2,000 fine.
