I was wondering what year range these houses were built. The house is large, three floors, with small rectangular(horizontal) windows that line the very top floor right under the beginning of the roof. Cats like small and big homes. You pretty much described my town house witch is defijnetly enough room. Cats dont judge on the size, as long as theirs enough room to run and play in. Im sure she dosnt miss her own house, Im sure she lovs you just as much as her previoous owner. Cats judge on how fun o rrelaxing, pretty much witch house they enjoy the most. Just make sure you give her lots of toys, and in your previous question you said you have a garden witch is really great. Also if you have a extra room turn that into a kitty hide away.Make this her room. This can consist of things like some jingle ball for her to toss around. Sa ball of yarn. A window wioth a bird feeder outside and a fish bowl for entertainment, or a TV on animal planet and for another toy you can have a box fill with crumpled newspaper. And a bed or cat tree to sleep in.

Im sure shes happy in her home now, just give her lots of love!

Requested by coolkit211, who asked for a 1950′s Chicago Townhouse for his Italian Family (which I accidentally disregarded), that consists of Mother, Father and teenage daughter. So apart from those details, I was asked to include a garage and basement (I don’t understand the need for them so the houses I’ve made that require a basement I left empty) and it needed to be small.

My first reaction was that it was going to be a quick and easy job… how wrong I was. This house took 3 hours to complete!!! And nothing was extraordinarily hard either, time just flew past.

I could’ve made it 2 floors instead of 3 if I managed the ground floor better (theres lots of empty space), but I’ve always wanted to do a 1st floor Kitchen/ Dining Room, so I crammed them, a bathroom and a family room all on the one floor. 2nd floor is really nice but I definitely get carried away with colour themes. I tried being different with the daughters room and threw in Blue instead of all pink. But I think the Black & White throughout the house turned out quite nice.
Backyard was just thrown together and the “garage” is very basic.

Okay this is my last house that I’m building for a bit. I don’t have much internet to upload 1GB worth of videos everyday… that, and I’m all creative-ed out… I need time to recharge. I’m thinking of building simple, small starter homes instead of expensive works of art when I come back. I need a change.
So yes, I’ll still be replying and whatnot to all of you, so technically I’m not going anywhere.

Someone asked me to show what the house ends up like before I show me building it, I can’t remember who but I said that I would but I didnt for the past 2 houses but I couldn’t with them because I hadn’t finished the house when I was uploading the videos, so this is for you!!! =3

This house was supposed to be a small starter home, and a reason for me to try out my newly acquired sets, WHICH I LOVE! Plus this house was a filler of time because I needed to ask Aaron some final questions before I get started on his house.

It turns out I suck at building small starter homes =\. I’ve attempted to build one over 4 times now, and this happens, not that I’m complaining but still!
The whole “pillars in the pool” trend seems to be doing fairly well for itself so I decided that I’d try my hand at it.

I seriously need to stop using that wood style, but it’s just too awesome! I think I’ve used in ALL my houses. The upstairs room layout was quite the hassle, but the end product is to die for, thats in part 4!

I didn’t buy the sets, they’re overpriced! So I’ve become a criminal. In order to utilize this house at its maximum potential you are going to have to find a way to obtain the sets yourself, don’t ask me because as bad as I feel getting them illegally, I’m NOT going to give the sets out.

Bayside Beauty took 4 hours to build and costs $180 000 furnished and $110 000 unfurnished!
