The Forest Beach area is one of the first beach communities established on the island. It is a 2.5-mile stretch of beach that runs from the ocean gate of Sea Pines to the Crowne Plaza Resort in Shipyard. It is the area for easy access to the beach, fun activities, shopping, and great restaurants. It is divided into two sections: North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach.

This home is just perfect for outdoor entertaining on the back patio & terrace. The fenced and enclosed back yard is ideally set-up for your personal animals or little ones. Once inside natural woods abound from the plank floors to the open and vaulted beam ceilings. Theres a fireplace to warm by and an abundance of natural light. The open kitchen and dining room/living room combination is nicely laid out for entertaining.

We welcome a maximum number of eight guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level include the master bedroom which hosts a king size bed and the second bedroom which has a single twin-size bed. There is a loft with a queen size bed and the ground level attached studio offers additional accommodations for three with a queen and single twin bed. The second bathroom is located in this studio suite which may be connected or closed off from the main house.

After a challenging day of shopping, beach-going, golfing or dining, this special gathering place is the perfect spot to relax and recharge for your next days adventure!

Each of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!).

It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
