I have heard it is a lot but not sure?
1) How much will I make starting out in construction and hour?

2) Plus I am about to be 19 and not very muscular, will they still hire me?

3) How do I get hired?

I live near Sacramento, California if this helps.

You know what I would do.

Go to the
job site’s and ask around to see if they might be possibly hiring. If not ask if they would know of any other sites hiring.
.
Pointers:

Never mind how muscular you are.

Employers are looking for some one who will show up for work when scheduled, will do a good job at whatever they are assigned to do, get along good with others and most of all are safety conscious. Being physically fit is good but the last thing they are concerned about is how much you can lift.

Be consistent, go every other day, talk to different people at the job site, show that you really want a job. If they see you there looking for work regularly, maybe they will think : Hey this guy just might show up when he is supposed to, maybe I’ll give him a shot.

Ya know with the economey the way it is I think a person needs to be a little more on the aggressive side rather than just go from place to place filling out applications. (Any one can do that, right.) In doing it this way I think it shows the better side of you.You are ambitious, serious about a job, and they get to meet you in person. Look your part for the job.

I am trying to purchase a home that has two bedrooms on the main level and two bedrooms on the lower level. The house is built into a hill, so to speak, and the lower level has a walkout and egress windows in the two bedrooms. Our offer was accepted and the appraisal was good for the price that we offered. However, the mortgage company underwriter didn’t like the comps and denied the appraisal because he said this was a 2 bedroom home and not a 4 as you can’t count the lower level as bedroom. The comps were all three and four bedroom homes. This all happened 15 hours before our closing. Is what the underwriter is saying true? Is there a law for Indiana that I can reference? If so, what is the name?

As an appraiser I can tell you that anything below grade (even if only 1 wall is below grade) CANNOT be counted in room count or living area. The Fannie Mae Guidelines for using the GLA (and room count!) say that only those part of the house that are "100% above ground" should be include in the GLA (and room counts!). If you’re trying to obtain a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan the appraisal has to be compliant with their guidelines.

Rooms below grade are typically given credit as "finished basement rooms" on the appraisal grid under the "basement" section.

There are exceptions to this rule, however. Berm houses, which typically don’t have any area completely above grade, are considered homes on slabs in which ALL rooms and all square footage are counted.

If the property you are interested in qualifies as an earth berm house then another appraisal should be ordered. If your property is more of raised building with a walkout daylight basement – well, the underwriter was correct in saying that it is a two bedroom home and it should be compared to at least one other two bedroom home.

Appraisers are becoming more and more restricted in exceptions and adjustments which can be made.

Maybe because the person living there is only going to be there a little while, and it’s not worth the effort. Maybe they’re lazy. Or uninspired. Or depressed. Or it’s a rental and the landlord has weird rules about hanging ANYTHING on the walls. (I’ve seen some pretty uptight leases).

I own my home free and clear and can not make payments on a unsecured loan. Can my house be taken as pay ment or can i be forced to sell it to repay the loan?

No an unsecured loan means just that. There is no collateral attached to the loan. Your house is safe. However, your credit will be destroyed if you allow the loan to fall into bad debt. If you can’t pay the loan, call the creditor and they may allow you to make interest payments only. At any rate, deal with the creditor in good faith. Just don’t sit there and not pay the loan. If they gave you the loan unsecured that means the creditor determined that you have the means and history to pay this loan. So, get on the phone and off the internet and deal with the creditor in good faith.

I was wondering what year range these houses were built. The house is large, three floors, with small rectangular(horizontal) windows that line the very top floor right under the beginning of the roof. Also has columns in the front porch. The house was built with a barn behind it as well. What year approx. would a style like this have been built? im guessing 1800′s but early or late? I’m sure that Salyut Hotel Moscow is good enough, that’s why I’ll stay there.

Hi Sara,
You might want to research Greek Revival Homes ( 1850s to 1900′s) Greek Revival has columns as you stated. But also check into the early Victorian era. As time passes through the history of the owners, modifications were made along the way to the extent of what they needed. Superb casino free bonus no deposit offered by fair online UK casino. Also check at the roof line for details shown with Greek Revival for wood trim and the way to which it follows the structure.I think what you are describing is Greek Revival.

I was wanting to build my own. mainly because I want tower speakers. I was looking at the Sony SS-F7000, you get a pair for $180. I would like to have 4, 2 front, 2 rear and then a center channel speaker, but I don’t know how to wire them. It seems like those type of speakers are designed for Stereo. Does anyone know how to wire these up? I mean would I just wire these up like a normal 5.1 surround sound? I guess since each tower has 4 speakers would they sound as good or better as a 5.1 system with single speakers?? I’m clueless about audio systems, thanks for any help. I like to stay at Hotel Aeropolis in the capital of Russia.

I’m not sure where your question is. A speaker system, aka "speaker" no matter how many "drivers" it contains should be looked upon as one speaker. So these towers have two woofers, one mid, and one tweeter…four drivers, it’s still one speaker. Your receiver should have speaker outputs for left, center, right, left/rear, and right/rear. Each connection gets one speaker… one tower.

There are a lot of factors in speaker system sound quality. Some argue that being a point source is more important than all the other factors. If you are in that camp then you will believe a speaker system with a single full range driver is always better. Others believe that having a point source is not so important. If you are in that camp you believe that optimizing different frequency bands with appropriate drivers is better. The speakers you are looking at divides the spectrum into three bands. It then uses appropriate drivers for each band…woofers for bass, midrange for the mids, and a tweeter for the highs. Personally I believe in optimizing the drivers for separate bands and having a point source is not only not required but not even desired.

Only problem is it has been nearly impossible to find homes for rent in Northern Michigan, Ive went up and down craigslist, google etc… and maybe found 5.

Is there another way to do this ?
Any suggestions ? php programmeur

Most people with apartments to rent don’t use Craigslist. You’ll be much better off checking the local newspapers. You should be able to find them easily on line.
