How can I change owner of a group to a different member?

I started to change the owner to a moderator. YG asked if I wanted to remove owner priviledges? That is fine if I can change a different moderator to owner statux.

You find them in your membership list. Click edit membership under their name or i.d. then you scroll down and click change to owner and follow the prompts.
